POLICE have clarified that UPND president Hakainde Hichilema was not questioned but that it was the party’s media personnel, Mr Anthony Bwalya,Acting police spokesperson, Danny Mwale, explained that the person who was called for questioning at Police Service headquarters was Mr Bwalya.Police on Tuesday summoned Mr Bwalya for questioning and later searched the UPND secretariat.
