By SILUMESI MALUMOGOVERNMENT has made progress in eradicating red locusts in Western and Southern provinces, Vice-President, Inonge Wina has said.She said in Parliament yesterday during the Vice-President’s question time that progress had been made to ensure that the insects were eradicated.“Mr Speaker, Government has made substantial improvement in the eradication of the red locusts in the Southern and Western provinces.
