By SIMON MUNTEMBATHE UPND is shrinking and its life president Hakainde Hichilema has lost his relevance to Zambian politics, the Patriotic Front (PF) has said.PF Secretary-General, Davis Mwila, said UPND would continue losing parts of its strongholds while wasting time on propaganda and insults because Zambians were fatigued with Mr Hichilema.Mr Mwila said the landslide victory in Mwansabombwe and Lukashya Parliamentary by-elections, as well as winning three local government by elections in North-Western Province showed that the UPND had shrunk drastically.
