By MULENGA MUSONDAA 13-YEAR- OLD girl narrated in the Choma Fast Track Court how her stepfather forcefully defiled her on top of an Anthill.In this matter Kizito Muleya,53, is charged with defilement of a child.Allegations are that Muleya had unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl believed to be below the age of 16.The alleged incident happened on July 5 2020 in Choma district of Southern Province.When the matter came up for trial before Resident Magistrate Ethel Phiri, the victim testified that her stepfather lured her into the bush in the pretext that they were going to collect firewood.The grade 6 pupil said, when they reached an anthill, he took her on top and had sexual intercourse with her.“After he finished, he warned me not to tell anyone about what had happened but I decided to tell my mother,” she testified.
