By OLIVER SAMBOKO NDC leader Chishimba Kambwili was yesterday warned to stop misconduct- ing himself in the matter he is facing three counts of forgery, uttering a false doc- ument and giving false infor- mation or risk being cited for contempt. This was after Chief State Advocate Margaret Chitundu raised concerns to Principal Magistrate David Simusamba over Kambwili’s conduct. Kambwili is facing three counts of forgery, uttering a false document and giving false information to a public officer in respect to incorpora- tion of Mwamona Engineering Technical Services Limited. Recently, Kambwili burst into rage inside the court- room at the Lusaka Magistrate court and verbally abused Ms Chitundu for objecting to de- fence lawyer’s application for an adjournment.
