By AARON CHIYANZOFINGER-POINTING over Ian Mutambo’s death should immediately stop because accidents are unforeseen, his uncle, Humphrey Chisenga has charged.Mr Mutambo is the frontline health personnel who died in a Power Tools road traffic accident while delivering a Covid-19 sample to Ndola.Mr Chisenga said during Mr Mutambo’s burial in Mpika yesterday that his nephew died while performing national duties and that accidents occur under normal circumstances.This follows sentiments by the UPND and its cronies that Government should blame itself for Mr Mutambo’s death for failing to provide secure transport.Mr Mutambo, who was born in 1996 and employed by the Ministry of Health in 2018 was yesterday put to rest at Mufubushi village in Mpika.And in delivering a message of condolences on behalf of President Edgar Lungu to the family of Mr Mutambo, Dr. Chilufya said the bereaved family would receive the necessary support.He said President Lungu was devastated by Ian’s demise.Dr Chilufya assured the family […]
