By SILUMESI MALUMOWE are ready to work with Government to address debt restructuring, United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema has said.Mr Hichilema in his Facebook posting yesterday, said the government must not engage any foreign advisors because the experts in the party were more than ready to give a service.Bloomberg has reported that the government is looking for advisors on debt restructuring.But Mr Hichilema said “We think Government must not waste time and money on foreign advisors because we are ready for the task.“We in the UPND are ready to work with the government to address this issue.
