Dear Editor,WE are delighted to note that our fight against the Covid-19 pandemic has been highly stimulated by the increasing number of stakeholders who are coming to our aid by donating to our office various protective items.We recently received a number of goods on behalf of the residents of Matero ward from Trade Kings Group of Companies. More than 1, 000 facemasks, 420 bottles of 70mls hand sanitisers and other items were handed over to our office for the people in our ward.I would like to take this opportunity to applaud President Edgar Lungu for the various progressive directives and guidance he keeps giving us during this period.I would also like applaud the Ministry of Health and all health practitioners in the frontline who are risking their lives daily.Many thanks goes to everyone who has been with us either in prayers or almsgiving during these trying moments.
