Before Lusaka Chief Resident Magistrate Lameck Mwale yesterday were Nelson Chirwa, Angel Mumba, Alick Banda, and Victor Banda all of Linda compound. “I have carefully examined evidence from five prosecution witnesses and I am of the firm view that a prima facie has been made out sufficiently to warrant putting the accused persons on their defence. I accordingly find the four accused persons with a case to answer and place each one of them on his defence,” Mr. Mwale said.
