By ANDREW MUKOMAWE have to the responsibility to stop the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) before it causes damage to the country, Sioma Member of Parliament (MP) Nancy Subulwa Mbololwa has said.According to her, the fight against the pandemic was a collective responsibility where each citizen should play a positive role.Ms Siubulwa was worried with the situation and had been pleading with residents in Sioma district to adhere to the guidelines given by Government.She told the Daily Nation that some rural hospitals were not capable of handling and dealing with any case of COVID-19 should it strike the outlying areas.“When you go to rural hospitals, you will discover that they don’t have sanitizers or anything to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
