By ANDREW MUKOMA RESIDENTS of Mapanda village in Kazungula District of Southern Province have blamed the lack of development to their continued support of the opposition UPND. As a result, the area has an unfinished clinic structure which has not been completed since 2013. Community representative Brighton Mwampole said the people of Mapanda have realised their missed opportunities of having development in the area. Mr Mwampole said going forward, the people of Mapanda will rally behind the ruling party under President Lungu. This came to light when PF deputy national mobilisation chairperson Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba visited the area on Sunday morning.
