THE State should give Hakainde Hichilema an opportunity to meet Presi- dent Edgar Lungu without conditions, former Founda- tion for Democratic Process (FODEP) executive director Chifwembe Mweenge has said. Mr Mweenge said Zam- bians wanted to see to it that the two leaders met to iron out the differences and discuss issues prevailing in the country. He said in an interview yesterday, it was, therefore, important that there was no conditionali- ty attached to the dialogue of the two. Recently Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo while in Parlia- ment informed the nation that President Edgar Lungu was more than ready to meet Mr Hichilema to discuss on various issues.
