LUNTE Member of Parliament, Mutotwe Kafwaya, has alleged that the UPND administration is in a rush to amend the constitution in order to under the delimitation process to create more constituencies in their stronghold thereby expand political control.
Mr Kafwaya says this will help the UPND to remain in power for the longer period and this selfish motive must not be accepted.
