President Hichilema said Zambia would only see the number of youths and women increase in decision making and elective positions if the Constitution was amended.
He said the youths in the country were the majority and when the spoke, his government would listen to their demands and work according to their wishes.
“Do you want to see more youths and women in Parliament and Council chambers? Do you agree that we should amend the Constitution?’ President Hichilema said while the youths in acclamation responded yes we do.
