DR MUMBA Malila the Chief Justice, should resolve PF matters which have dragged in court the last two years or resign expeditiously, Brebner Changala has demanded.
Mr Changala said early last year he wrote to the Chief Justice over his concern about delayed matters involving the country’s largest opposition political party.
