SUSPENDING export duty on precious stones and metals from 15 percent to free is mistaken economics strategies, Bob Sichinga has observed.
Mr Sichinga, a former minister of Commerce and Trade says foreigners are the ones who owned the mines and were producing on the Copperbelt, North-Western and all over the country and will be the major beneficiaries.
