THE opening up of TAZAMA Pipeline to competitiveness has cheered Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) who now are hopeful that the decision would kill monopoly, which could lead to the possibility that the pump-price of petroleum products could become cheaper and affordable.
Dr Kafula Mubanga, the president of the OMCs says Government’s decision to open up the TAZAMA Pipeline would open up tenders to competiveness and fair business play.
