POLICE in Kitwe are holding Abraham Rooney Kapya, a blogger, arrested for publicly questioning the whereabouts of President Hakainde Hichilema, whose health status was being questioned last week.
But Peacewell Mweemba, the Copperbelt Police Commissioner when contacted about the arrest of Mr Kapya expressed ignorance, stating that he was not aware that the blogger had been arrested.
