JACK Mwiimbu, the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security has sparked controversy for issuing a warning to Zambians against inquiring about the health of President Hakainde Hichilema, Thandiwe Ketis Ngoma has said.
Ms Ketis Ngoma, a human rights activist says there had been growing public curiosity over President Hichilema’s condition, and that Mr Mwiimbu’s warning had raised questions about transparency and freedom of expression in Zambia.
