NKONGE Musubilwa, commonly known as Chama Amelica has warned that should expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa fail to pay him K50, 000, he would have no option but to disclose the involvement of the UPND in the plot to stage a coup against the leadership of the Patriotic Front.
