THE Patriotic Front (PF) says the UPND is conniving with the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to cause chaos and anarchy in the country by continuing to breach all electoral laws which on Tuesday saw the rejection of all candidates of the former ruling party after they had successfully filed their nominations.
