THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) officials yesterday fled the Kapamba ward by-elections nomination centres in Mpika and Shiwang’andu constituencies after rejecting certificates for Patriotic Front (PF), Citizens First (CF) and Socialist Party candidates.
