Mr Nkandu said the money is forthcoming and that is the reason the projects are being completed.
He said the completion of these offices would attract even more civil servants to come to the district for work.
And Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Minister, Elias Mubanga, noted with concern the stalled projects in the district.
Mr Mubanga said when PF was in government bragged of delivering development across the country, it is very shameful that it abandoned some projects in the area.
“PF said they had done so much development in the country but it is shameful to discover that these people abandoned several projects leaving people suffering,” he said.
And Nsama District Commissioner, Steward Katele, said the PF abandoned the projects in 2016.
“As a DC it is difficult to supervise the officers as some of them operate in their houses and others have refused to report for work due to lack of offices and accommodation. We want to thank the UPND government for coming to the aid of the people in Nsama district,” he said.
