THE silence by the church on the ongoing illegalities and constitutional breaches which have permeated all the institutions of governance, including the Police, the Registrar of Societies, the Judiciary and the Legislature with the potential to cause violence, anarchy and strife in the country is not only disturbing but exceedingly worrying, Kasonde Mwenda has said.
