The price of petrol remains at K29.98 per litre and diesel at K29.96 per litre.
Speaking during a press briefing yesterday board chairperson Reynolds Bowa also said the price for kerosene and jet fuel has remained at K20.44 and K29.29 respectively.
Mr Bowa has attributed the decision to maintain the fuel prices as result of the slight reduction in oil prices on the international market amidst the geological tension in Israel.
Mr Bowa said despite the depreciation of the Kwacha against the dollars in the month under review, the prices of oil reduced on the international market.
Meanwhile, Mr Bowa said the board has implemented interim cost line revisions to the transportation rates for petrol and diesel in order to mitigate the adverse movement of domestic fuel prices.
He said this is a temporary transport equalisation mechanism that would will be used to cushion the difference between the actual differences incurred in the transportation of commodity by oil marketing companies.
