THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) has swung into action attempting to gag Hot FM, a privately-owned radio station, by tabling a threat-veiled letter suggesting that the programme held on the Red-Hot Breakfast Show with Historian and Senior Lecturer Sishuwa has potential to cause disunity in the country.
