THERE was consternation in Parliament yesterday when, for the umpteenth time, Moses Moyo, the second deputy Speaker brazenly took a partisan stance and ordered the sergeant-at-arms to forcefully eject Leader of the Opposition, Brian Mundubile for demanding impartiality from the presiding officer.
