UNIVERSITY of Lusaka Limited (UNILUS) has filed summons asking the High Court to set aside an affidavit in opposition by former First Lady, Maureen Mwanawasa, as she was not a party to the matter where it is demanding possession of late President Levy Mwanawasa’s retirement property.
