I wish to thank the PF government under our President ECL for the Musaila -Lubwe -Kasaba road site 96/ project in Samfya district.
But this project has remained unc0mpelted since 2008 although the contractor is there.
My appeal to the government officials is for them to come and see how the project is moving.
