…as defending champions unveil Nigerian star Ogbonda

ZAMBIA’S envoys in the TotalEnergies Champions League Power Dynamos have officially unveiled Nigerian defender Evans Ogbonda.
Ogbonda, who has completed his move to the MTN Super League defending champions completed his move last week.
The left-back who will wear the number 23 jersey at the Arthur Davies Stadium, joined Power from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Rangers.
Ogbonda, who previously played for Bendel Insurance, also in the NPFL, spent two years with the Flying Antelopes.
The adventurous left back made 14 appearances for Rangers this season before making the switch.
He joins the growing number of foreign players as Power seek to fortify their squad to defend the MTN Super League title.
Power are competing in the TotalEnergies Champions League where they are in Group A alongside defending champions Pyramids of Egypt, RS Berkane of Morocco and Nigerian side Rivers United.
Power are now in pole position to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Total Energies Champions League after wins and a draw which has given them seven points, at par with Berkane, going into the final match of the group against already qualified Pyramids
