as he pledges to unlock the nationís talent

PHILANTHROPIST Willah Mudolo has pledged that he shall endeavour to prioritise Zambians first in his administration should he be given the privilege of governing Zambia after the 2026 general election.
Mr Mudolo, who is a Zambian South Africa-based business magnate cum politician says successive administrations have rejected his offer to help improve the country’s economic standing despite his willingness to contribute to national development.
Mr Mudolo said he had, for more than a decade, sought to work with the Zambian government, including the current administration but his proposals had been ignored.
“This is more than just a policy to me; it’s personal,” Mr Mudolo said. “For over a decade, I’ve been trying to get involved, offering my skills to the Zambian government to help move our country forward. That door remained closed.”
He said his experience was a reflection of a broader national challenge in which many Zambian professionals, innovators, and thinkers were being sidelined in favour of foreign interests.
“I know I am not alone. My story is the story of countless Zambian professionals, innovators, and thinkers who have felt ignored in their own homeland.
We have watch as jobs, contracts, and opportunities are given to foreign entities, while our own brilliant minds are left standing behind that closed door,” Mr Mudolo said.
Mr Mudolo said that under his leadership, such exclusion would end and that Zambians would be given utmost priority in entrepreneurship and businesses because they had the expertise yet were being ignored.
“This ends on August 13, 2026, (Zambia goes to polls on August 12, next year)” he said. “I offer a simple, powerful commitment: my leadership will open that door. We will build an administration that believes in, seeks out, and champions its own people.”
He pledged that a government under his watch would prioritise Zambians in employment, innovation, and enterprise.
“If you are a Zambian with an idea, a skill, or a solution that can move our nation forward, you will no longer be an outsider,” Mr Mudolo said.
“We will not just listen; we will engage you, we will partner with you, and we will contract you. We will build a Zambia where the first instinct is to invest in Zambian talent and empower Zambian innovation.”
