GOVERNMENT cannot isolate the Auxiliary Bishop Gabriel Msipu Phiri of Chipata Diocese and target him for unspecified attacks because the cleric does not represent himself when delivering his homilies but represents the entire body of Jesus Christ and the Pope, the Catholic Church has said.
Association of Zambian Diocesan Catholic Clergy (AZADCC) president Fr. Augustine Mwewa has thence chastised Cornelius Mweetwa, the Chief Government Spokesperson for threatening Auxiliary Bishop Msipu with unspecified reprisals for speaking the truth about the failures of the UPND government.
