PITTSCON Zambia Limited’s directors have been acquitted by the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court of possessing properties worth over K24 million.
This decision comes after the High Court, sitting as the Economic and Financial Crimes Division, ordered the forfeiture of properties worth K100 million last August.
The acquittal was made after Magistrate Stanford Ngobola found the directors not guilty of the offense.
