IT is cheap gossip and propaganda for anyone to insinuate that there is bad blood or a rift between the Catholic Church and the new dawn administration, President Hakainde Hichilema has said.
And Bishop of the Diocese of Monze, Rt Reverend Bishop Raphael Mweempwa has advised political leaders to cultivate the culture of dialogue in addressing divergent views and avoid the politics of slander, malice, personal attacks and name calling.
