MILES Sampa has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss the objections raised by Mines and Minerals Development Minister, Paul Kabuswe against him being summoned to give evidence over the sale of Mopani.
The dispute revolves around the sale of 51 percent of Mopani Copper Mines to Delta Mining Limited, a subsidiary of International Resource Holdings, for a total investment of up to US$1.1 Billion.
