ZAMBIANS could be hungry but are not angry and it is Archbishop Dr Alick Banda who is angry with the UPND government because he does not like President Hakainde Hichilema, Cornelius Mweetwa has ckaimed.
Mr Mweetwa, the Chief Government Spokesperson says while Government could not deny the fact that Zambians were hungry, it was an overstatement for the Archbishop of Lusaka Diocese to suggest that Zambians were angry with the administration.
