PATRIOTIC Front (PF) vice president Given Lubinda, has called for disbandment of the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) board for incompetence.
Mr Lubinda said the current ECZ board has shown Zambians it lacks the experience to handle the organisation.
Speaking when he featured on Millennium TV programme dubbed “The Platform” on Sunday, Mr Lubinda said the irregularities in recent held by-elections is a clear indication that the board is not capable of handling the electoral process.
