As the excavation activities have shortened the depth of a normal grave from depths of six feet to less than three feet, which in turn accompanied by heavy rains the country has been experiencing, the skeletons are resurfacing and floating in the open.
Mr Sampa, Matero Constituency Member of Parliament said it is unfortunate that illegal mining activities are taking shape in an area that is supposed to be respected by every person.
