AN immigration officer, George Mwale, was questioned in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court about the alleged charms presented as evidence and whether they were harmful, even to the extent of harming President Hakainde Hichilema.
Mr Mwale was asked to hold a traditional fly whisk and confirm if it caused him harm.
He responded negatively but emphasised that the item was not ordinary.
Testifying before Magistrate Fines Mayambu, Mr Mwale said the accused, Mozambican, Jasten Mabulesse Candude, had allegedly confessed during interrogation that he had been hired by fugitive former Petauke Central Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda, through his brother Nelson Banda, for K43, 200, 000 to harm CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
