THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has called on political stakeholders to report any allegations of vote buying by the ruling UPND to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
In a statement yesterday, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer, Brown Kasaro, says it is important for stakeholders complaining of vote buying to address such claims through the proper channels of reporting their allegations to law enforcement agencies.
