THE Zambia Civil Liberties Union (ZCLU) has questioned the reluctance by Zambia Police Complaint Commission (ZPCC) reluctance to act on the current rise in extra judicial killings.
And a human rights defender Pumulo Situmbeko, has condemned the police for the killing of four men in Lusaka, who were allegedly involved in criminal activities.
