THE Office of the Public Protector should stop reporting to the Secretary to the Cabinet but to Parliament and should immediately be operationalised, Brebner Changala has demanded.
Mr Changala, a civil rights and political activist said the Public Protector was a Constitutional office, which the executive could not afford to toss around and refuse that it should fully become operational.
