FORMER Gender Minister Elizabeth Phiri has warned Petauke Central constituency residents not to believe claims from the UPND that they would be removed from the Social Cash Transfer (SCT) programme if they failed to vote for them.
Speaking to voters in Kazala village ahead of today’s Petauke Central parliamentary by-election, Ms. Phiri urged a strong turnout, encouraging voters to back Tonse Alliance candidate Simon Banda, running on the NCP ticket.
