THE National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) is under pressure to explain why it cancelled a contract with South African firm, Gralix Actuarial Consulting Limited, after the company won a tender to provide financial advisory services.
Mpika Central Member of Parliament, Francis Kapyanga, called the cancellation “fishy” and demanded that NAPSA clarify its decision.
