ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has argued that Mopani Copper Mines is neither a state institution nor a parastatal.
He stated that the transaction in question to Delta Mining Limited was a corporate law transaction aimed at raising capital for Mopani.
In an opposing affidavit sworn by Minister of Mines and Minerals Development Paul Kabuswe, it was stated that the transaction involved the allotment of new shares.
