FORMER Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo, has offered to refund K650,000 to Zambezi East UPND lawmaker Brian Kambita, in installments, following a failed property transaction.
Last December Mr Kambita sought a refund of K850, 000, the amount he paid for the purchase of a property from Lusambo, which never materialised.
