INSPECTOR General of Police, Graphael Musamba should immediately move and arrest persons alarming the nation by falsely accusing Zambia’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu that he has been meeting with Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) President Felix Tshisekedi and Zimbabwean President Emerson Mnangagwa with whom he is allegedly planning to obtain arms from Russia and courier it through Uganda to cause war in Zambia, Emmanuel Mwamba has said.
