THE Patriotic Front (PF) has a charged that the much talked about debt restructuring has achieved nothing apart from borrowing more debts by the UPND government.
Patriotic Front Chairperson for Information and Publicity Mr Emmanuel Mwamba has said as it is, Zambia’s economy is in tatters and poverty levels have skyrocketed in Zambia.
