THE irregular award of a tender to Agro-Fuel is only a tip of an ice berg which must now be investigated as it is an indicator of the rot within the system.
Dr Kafula Mubanga the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) president has urged government to holistically audit the Ministry of Energy.
He said in an interview that the issue of Agro-Fuel being single sourced and being over paid was a tip of ice berg which law enforcement agencies should thoroughly investigate.
