ATTORNEY General, Mulilo Kabesha, has argued before the Constitutional Court that Zambia’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu and Vice President Inonge Wina had acted within the bounds of the law to continue holding office during the 2016 presidential election petition.
Mr Kabesha, State counsel, in his submission, contended that the tenure during the petition period was lawful and was in compliance with the Zambian Constitution.
